Manage supplying capacity for production parts which exported to other regions/countries.
Managing supplier delivery risk for Stellantis plant.
Brief Task Description
1. Capacity Database management (Cap *** system): Coordinate internally and manage suppliers to maintain capacity data timely and correctly in Cap *** system.
2. Lead capacity check for each part during RFQ process. Make sure parts capacity is 100% checked and filed after confirmed by supplier.
3. Volume Variance Management: Coordinate internal team to prepare raw data which is for running monthly volume variance report for IRF parts. Make analysis for parts with capacity shortfall, by means of 3-way validation.
4. Capacity Investigation (Trapline): Work with global capacity management teams to investigate capacity situations for trapline parts.
