Job Overview:
The People Operations Partner is a role within the People Operations team that focuses on putting our
people first by creating systems and processes and continuously working to improve our Employees
experience, productivity, development and retention. The People Operations Partners work to create a
culture and environment that makes Employees feel happy and proud to work for Company.
The People Operations Partners are the local business partner in a particular assigned country/region and
is responsible for ensuring the overall operational excellence and compliance of all People related
processes across the employee life cycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Works with Senior Leaders and People Business Partners on strategic decisions and works to develop
integrated solutions
? Focuses on maximizing the value of employees and fostering relationships and building communities
to boost employee wellness and retention
? Works to remove, improve and automate tasks to enhance employee experience and identifies and
implements new ways to empower employees to ensure they thrive
? Proactively creates new practices and business processes to improve ways of working and
continuously works to ensure conflicts or disengagement does not happen
? Acts as People Operations partner — drawing together key resources and expertise across the wider
People Team to execute business plans and people strategy as one People Team
? Takes a wider, holistic view of the business and uses People tools to achieve goals
? Manages employee relations strategy, policy and practice in country/region and works to resolves
complex employee/manager employee relations issues
? Support business decision by developing and implementing solutions which includes identifying
potential risks and associated mitigation
? Represents the organization with works councils and local labor authorities
? Leads planning and implementation of smaller people operations projects, change management
efforts and corporate initiatives into the business
Core Knowledge/Experience:
? A deep understanding through demonstrable application of employment legislation and compliance in
China.
? Understands the organization, the international and business context and the wider world of work and
applies knowledge when recommending and implementing solutions
? Uses analytical skills to create insight and measure value
? Understands the digital environment and how to apply technology in a people context
? Ability to demonstrate an understanding of change and how to effect change positively in the work
environment
? Has a successful track record of completing projects in an international environment
? Understands peoples’ behavior and works to create the right organization culture
? Experience of working in a fast-changing culture and managing multiple priorities
? Ability to interface and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
? Stay up to date on new and changing legislation and company policies
? Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Education:
Ideally has a BA/MA/Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
Travel Requirements:
<5% Minimal, infrequent travel
