岗位职责： 1.洞察用户体验趋势，结合品牌矩阵和产品属性输出家族化用户界面设计及规范标准，把控ui设计品质； 2.整合全球知识和技术资源，加强高端显控、五感及智能交互的技术储备和落地，提升行业内竞争力； 3.制定中长期用户体验创新战略和目标，明确事业部前瞻储备方向； 4.赋能集团ux专业线，提供创新工具、新专业能力的培训，优化体系流程，提升集团整体设计能力和效率。 1. leverage insight of ux trends, multi-brand matrix and product portfolios to develop user interface design and pi guideline, consolidate high-standard design quality; 2. integrate global knowledge and technical resources, strengthen technical reserves and implementation of high-end product interface, multi-sensory and intelligent interaction, and enhance competitiveness in the industry; 3. formulate medium and long-term ux innovation strategy and goal, lead the advanced research direction of the bu; 4. empower the ux expertise of the group, provide training for innovative tools and capabilities, optimize the design process, and improve the holistic design capability and efficiency of the group. 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，工业设计、艺术设计、信息设计类学历背景； 2、12年+以上产品界面设计（家电优先）及量产转化上市经验，优先考虑全球电器品牌、智能3c及车企uiux； 3、具有敏锐和前瞻的视觉美学素养，精通工艺技术和实现方法，代表作品为企业赢得市场及美誉者优先； 4、善于沟通，思维敏捷，较好的抗压能力和个人情绪掌控能力，推动跨领域创新应用及跨团队合作； 5、精通photoshop、ai、sketch、ae等设计软件； 6、具有良好的英文交流能力。 1. bachelor degree or above for industrial design, art or information design background. 2. more than 12 years of experience in product interface design (home appliances preferred) and mass production experience. served in global appliance brands uiux, smart 3c or auto industry is preferred. 3. keen to have forward-thinking and perspective sensitiveness of visual aesthetics, with profound experience of implementation process and techniques. those whose representative works have won the market reputation for the company is preferred. 4. proficient in communication and agile thinking, good ability to work under pressure and control personal emotions, promote interdisciplinary innovation and cross-team cooperation. 5. proficient in photoshop, ai, sketch, ae and other design software. 6. fluency in english is required, the foreigners can communicate in basic chinese is preferred.
