Responsible for achieving the assigned property goals of HV energy storage projects in China along functions development after nomination until releases (technical recommendation), SOP and series production. Responsible for project preparation, planning, to develop and secure the assigned properties against relevant roles from HV-components and total vehicle departments. Ensure efficient communication of technical issues and support discussions with and at local suppliers.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead Function Development team (electric safety, functional safety, EMC or thermal management) or related component development teams and support locally the corresponding teams in Munich incl. technical changes.
• Responsibility for written and spoken communication with Chinese suppliers.
• Preparing and monitoring of timing plan and validation schedules. Interpretation and assessment of development progress and test results from suppliers. Assess and evaluate development steps, take corrective action if necessary.
