Duties and Responsibilities

1) Assist leadership team with Division events and projects.

2) Assist with the administration of grade level camps.

3) Organize and manage bookings for all students activity events.

4) Translate communication betweenthe leadership team and non-English speaking stakeholders.

5) Collaborate with Assistant Principals/Head of Logistics to ensure student academic eligibility.

6) Coordinate with external venders as required.

Requirements

1) Bachelor degree or above.

2) Excellent command of English.

3) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

4) Experience working with children in an educational institutions setting is preferred.

5) Experience in a similar position is preferred.
