Essential responsibilities and duties:基本职责
o Be responsible for labour cost budget, analysis and monthly report .
负责人工成本预算、分析、月度报告;
o Calculate payroll and management process .
每月薪资和福利的计算和管理;
o Launch annual salary adjustment, making out annual adjustment plan according to group guide.
依据集团指导政策完成年度调薪,并形成年度薪酬调整方案;
o Responsible for monthly payment and management of six social insurance and one fund.
负责每月的六险一金缴纳、管理及基数调整;
o Performance management, responsible for process initiation, follow up and implementation.
