Production Supervisor 生产主管 Main Responsibilities: -Work on shift for the production on site management. -Responsible for line production plan achieved at the most efficiency and the lowest cost. -Patrol all the production lines, ensure that they are running normally. And deal with abnormal issues. -Ensure staff follows all relative process and discipline policy. -Ensure process implemented comply with safe regulation. -Fully on line product quality control to reach QMS. -Ensure on line process comply with GMP, HACCP, NQS & hygiene requirement. -Cooperate with relative department and leading team to achieve the target quantity with the right quality at the right time. -Responsible for the cultivation and technical training for staff and enhance the performance constantly. -Responsible for the check of batch record, ensure the production information's accuracy and integrity and products' traceability. Minimum Requirements: 1.College degree and above majored in Flavor, food technology, chemical technology,microbiology or industrial engineering . 2.at least 5 years Production Planning and Management or Workshop Supervisor experience in Food/Beverage/Flavor industry. 3.Skillful comupter ability and familiar with QAD, ERP or SAP system. 4.good communication skill and teamwork sprit 5.work on shift and English is a plus
