As a Sr Sales Ops Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a key player in optimizing our sales operations and driving business growth. You will report directly to our Sr Sales Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Shanghai location.
In this role, you will impact the success of our sales organization by:
- Analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and drive business growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Providing support and guidance to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Monitoring and reporting on key sales metrics and KPIs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
80Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
80Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs
80Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive business growth

YOU MUST HAVE
805 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
80Strong analytical skills and the ability on business insights
80Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
80Proficiency in CRM systems and other data analysis tools, i.e SAP, SFDC, Tableau, Power BI etc.
80Fluent in English and can use as working language

61 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
61 Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics software
61 Knowledge of sales processes and best practices
