Job Description
The ServiceNow expert determines the best technical solutions and support to satisfy ESM(Enterprise service management) functional and business requirements. This position is responsible for
61 Activation and configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
61 Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications
61 Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes
61 Coach business users to create their own Services from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes
61 Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing ServiceNow applications
61 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms

Qualifications

61 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms
Qualifikationen
4 years experience with ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
61 4 years experience with development of ServiceNow Workflows, client and server-side scripting
61 2 years experience with ServiceNow modules to include Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management etc.
61 Deep Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices
61 Deep Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), Javascript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal
