Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; 2. Mainly focus on TALENT AQUISITION, to manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; 3. Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance; 4. Spport with other HR fuctions on daily tasks. Requirements: 1. 5-8 years work experiences in RECRUITMENT function, relevant experience in the financial industry is preferred; 2. Proficient in spoken and written English; 3. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications; 4. Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning; 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 工作职责: 1. 制定并实施与整体业务战略相一致的人力资源战略和计划; 2. 主要负责人才招聘,管理及优化招聘甄选流程,包括寻找、测试、面试、录用和入职; 3. 监督和管理绩效考核机制以促进高绩效; 4. 支持其他人力资源部门的日常工作。 任职要求: 1. 5-8 年招聘工作经验,有金融 保险 证券 基金等行业从业背景优先; 2. 英语听说读写流利(需要面试海外候选人); 3. 熟练掌握微软办公软件; 4. 能够整理及分析相关市场数据,为战略规划提供建议; 6. 出色的沟通和谈判技巧; 7. 能够在快节奏的环境中工作。
