岗位职责:
1、负责电子元器件的销售,跟进公司现有的客户资源,通过HKIN/TBF/ICS等平台寻找开拓新客户,对电子元器件销售行业感兴趣,愿意在行业内深耕。
2、会利用社媒软件网站(Facebook/LinkedIn/Ins/google/百度等)搜索开发海内外终端客户,收集客户信息,电话,邮箱,找到对应联系窗口,促进成交。
3、工作上能独挡一面,能积极主动学习,善于总结复盘,敢于电话与客户联系, 并且能积极机智化解客户投诉与纠纷,抗压抗挫能力强,态度积极乐观,能以结果为导向。
4、积极配合销售经理完成本部门销售任务;遇事能及时与上级领导和同事沟通,争取同事与领导的支持与帮助,提出问题时能给出建设性的意见与建议。
5、能积极处理与客户的关系,与客户维持良好合作关系。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上文化程度,英语六级及以上,会多门外语或外语专业优先;英语可用作工作语言。
2、工作认真负责,思维敏捷,能承受一定的工作压力,有较强的团队合作精神;沟通、理解、学习能力强。
3、具备良好的沟通与协调能力,熟悉电子元器件,主要负责海外市场销售及开发。
4、一年以上电子行业销售或其他外贸经验,有海外客户开发经验优先考虑,无相关行业经验或优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
5、有相关渠道资源者优先。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or above, can speak multiple foreign languages or foreign language major is preferred; English can be used as a working language.
2, work seriously and responsible, quick thinking, can work under certain pressure, have a strong team spirit; Strong communication, understanding and learning ability.
3, with good communication and coordination skills, familiar with electronic components, mainly responsible for overseas market sales and development.
4, more than one year of electronic industry sales or other foreign trade experience, overseas customer development experience is preferred, no relevant industry experience or outstanding graduates can also be considered.
5. Relevant channel resources are preferred.
