JOB DUTIES:
• Testing and analysis of metal materials and parts, summarizing data and reports.
• Analyzing the causes of failure parts, putting forward improvement suggestions and promoting implementation.
• Responsible for the relevant work of the authorized signatory of the laboratory in the direction of metallographic structure and mechanical properties.
• Training offered in metal material testing and technology. Guide the testing and analysis of laboratory technician.
• Resolving issues regarding the design or manufacturing. Ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Planning and improving testing procedures and operations to make the test more reliable, efficient and cost effective.

Background/ Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in materials science and engineering or related major, with intermediate or above (including intermediate) technical titles or equivalent ability in related majors.
• 5 years’ work experience in failure analysis. 1 year work experience in 17025 and CNAS accreditation institutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well as customers and suppliers；
• Good speaking and written skills in English.
