KEY RESPONSIBILUTIES:

1. Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise (TAs and products)

2. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs and professional organization.

3. Work closely with Fresenius Kabi team to ensure smooth execution of medical plans.

4. KOL engagement, key account medical support, training, and other appropriate activities

5. Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchange, and medical information.

6. Provide Disease State Education, clinical presentations and respond to medical requests.

7. Update medical team and other internal stakeholders on medical community interactions.

8. Provide medical support for patient and formulary access products following global and local policies and procedures.

9. Support the development, implementation, and completion of medical activities (advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings and speaker programs)

10. Serves as a medical resource for internal medical and sales training.

11. Support company sponsored clinical research and IIS process.

12. Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences and support development of summaries of key data, presentations, or symposium.

13. Ensure compliance with applicable local and global laws, regulations, guidelines and company policies and procedures.

14. Develop personal and professional capabilities to improve skills and professional capabilities.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

1. University degree in Medical Field (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology / Biochemistry)

2. 2-4 years’ experience in clinical practice, research or pharmaceutical medical affairs

3. 3-5 years’ experience with pharma industry and healthcare compliance requirements locally and globally

4. Demonstrated experience in KOL, HCP or medical community engagement.

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and good oral and written communication skills in English

6. Experience in public scientific presentations

7. Ability for overnight travel, up to 50%
