负责国内多座矿山生产运营管理
Key Accountabilities：
Identify training needs and suggest training programme for mining and geology staff.
Management of direct reports, including leadership, succession planning, hiring, training, coaching, communication, organizational development (structure and process), personal development, etc. in cooperation with HR manager.
Efficiently operate mines within budget (CoGS deviation, production costs, purchasing costs…)
Guarantee the raw material supply to the plants (quantity and quality) keeping safety raw material stocks at the plants.
Apply the mining development plan and follow up in detail taking into account budget, security, environment and quality aspects.
Establish good contacts with the local and central authorities regarding the mining rights (present operation and extension targets)
Education ：Bachelor or Master of Science (specialised in mining engineering or geology)
Experience：10 or more years of experience in mining operation management
工作地：湖州长兴（不需要出国）
