Job Description:

1. Identify/develop sales opportunities and follow negotiation principles and other standard tactics to achieve sales objectives;
2. Build on customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction;
3. Drive sustainable and profitable growth for both Nestlé and the customers through quality implementation of the category and channel plan;
4. Leverage the diverse teams across the full value chain to create competitive edge in winning customers;
5. Proactively participate in the development of commercial activities for specific categories based on the aligned business strategy;
6. Lead and drive projects/ initiatives in one or several of the main sales areas.

Qualifications:
1. Fresh Graduates with bachelor's degree or above;
2. Passionate about FMCG or Food industry;
3. Fluent English communication skills;
4. High learning agility and strong ability to adapt;
5. A good team player who can enable results through a diverse range of teams;
6. Proactive, resistant to stress and result-oriented;
7. Keen sense of curiosity, strong willingness to accept new challenges and good leadership skills.
