Your Responsibilities 1. Manage supplier to enable the new product design rule for CORE layer; 2. Coordination with Core supplier and NPI team for the requirement of new product; 3. Monitoring of new product/TD PN yield and IPP performance; 4. Manage the yield activities and IPP CIP of supplier; 5. Follow up the plan of customer qualification for new platform and new technology; 6. Support any investigation related to CORE issue; Integrate with TD engineer, Quality engineer and operations team during investigation; 7. Manage Core supplier capex including qualification lot run at ICS line; 8. Process validation lots at CHQ and issue the change notice control to Customer; 9. Support HVM readiness; 10. Support project and activities for new Core supplier qualification. Your Profile 1. Completion of a technical education ie Engineering / Science major background; 2. Experience in related industry advantageous including PCB and substrate for 3-5 years; 3. Good Written and Oral English; 4. Good communication skills with core supplier and customer; 5. Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well); 6. Understand and able to review FMEA, Control Plan, and other quality related documents; 7. Has a good problem solving skills and ability to use AT
