For our SEWC Procurement team, we are looking for a Department Manager to help us drive procurement within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by: 1. Part of the leadership team of SEWC and FA procurement globally. 2. Leading a team with 20 people and manage hundreds M’ euro PVO. 3. Develop material strategy teams together with cross functions to contribute to FA’s success globally - drive sustainability, resilience, productivity related procurement topics 4. Correct purchasing, process optimization and data management for SEWC, to support working more efficient and smooth P2P for the organization. 5. Create and develop a team spirit which foster cross functions collaboration and cooperation with other locations. Enable and empower team to create more value with growth mindset. 6. Act as a role model within FA to support FAs values and vision. Your defining qualities: 1. Diverse Manager with open mindset 2. Degree at University commercial and technical background, at least technical knowledge in the are of electronics and software 3. At least 6 years working experience in Procurement , 2 years experience with SCM or PLM and international experience is preferred. 4. First leadership role – no, means need leadership experience for at least 3 years 5. Mindset – global thinking, strong implementation skills, strategy thinking, networker, willingness to challenge the as-is situation and try out new things, great communications skills. 6.
