Key Responsibilities • The Disney EC marketing plan and execution on related platforms, • Working closely both with the Disney Licensing team and Licensees for the Disney Consumer Product EC campings and sales expansion; • Leading the Disney franchise EC campaigns to ensure the Disney brand affinity and GMV outcomes. • Account management on certain EC platforms to build and increase brand/product awareness • Synergy with Disney CPC marketing calendar and other Disney key marketing elements; • Establishing good relationships with both licensees and platforms • Coordinating with relevant departments internally and externally to create synergy and maximizes results; • Working closely and efficiently with Disney’s internal support team for project approval and other supports; • Good communication with other BU (Studio / SHDR) to share and explore the synergy opportunity on related EC platforms. • Day-to-day management and coordination with agencies and vendors to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of work; • Leading the strategy of Disney EC marketing segmentation on related platforms from EC retail and channel perspective. • Reporting and analyzing E-Commerce market data and trends; • Future business monetization opportunity exploration Knowledge and Skill Requirements • 5 years of E-commerce Marketing experience; • Experience in E-commerce operations and marketing preferred • Fluent in written English as well as oral and reading; • Good communication and coordination skills; • College degree required / Postgraduate preferred • Detail-oriented with a sense of business;
