工作职责
* Drive integrated strategic communication programs in China that escalate
Bayer Crop Science’s reputation and Bayer’s thought leadership in Regenerative
Agriculture to gain support from key in-and-external stakeholders, cultivate
trust that foresters the continued growth of business while mitigating severe
reputational headwinds.
* Lead Crop Science communications and be a Trusted Adviser to CS CDH and LTs
in both internal and external communication strategies and plans, to identify
sound opportunities engaging with key stakeholders, appropriate channels and/or
platforms to enhance awareness/acceptance.
* Lead the strategy and plans for DSO communications to Best Bayer and
employee engagement to drive understanding of the Bayer vision, transformation
and new business model, business priorities, culture and value, etc.
* Extend advocacy for key Crop Science brands by developing communications
plans supporting marketed/new products and potential new business opportunities
in the form of category extension and new product launches.
* Drive executive profiling and manage ex-and-internal positioning of CDH and
core LT members through executive interviews, speaking opportunities, public
presentations, and mega event engagements.
* Elevate issue/crisis communications with proactive procedures through being
a collaborator and connector to orchestrate integrated communications programs
to defend reputation, safeguard licenses to operate, mitigate regional and
global issues/crisis’ local impact, and seek to turn threats into opportunities.
* Foster and expand omni media channel of state, mainstream, business and
financial, industry, social and digital, segment KOLs, etc.
* Develop communications plans that brings Global/APAC strategic topics to
life in China with aspiration to be known as an impact generator for e.g.
sustainability by addressing Ag’s paradox, Youth advocates, smallholders, etc.
* Work with China Corporate and other Division Communication BPs to ensure
that One Bayer presence to key stakeholders in-and-externally and contribute to
the overall reputation initiatives for Bayer Group.
* Provide communication support to annual conference/leadership
meeting/townhall, lunch
