职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Set up close relationships with customers, focus on improving customer satisfaction;
2. Responsible for developing solutions for customers’ own installed base to increase order intake and for planning, preparing and implementing technical measures;
3. Working on customer projects such as modernization, consulting, spare parts and service support etc. and promote the establishment and maintenance of customer contacts through regular customer visits. In addition, to provide after sales support during life cycle of equipment;
4. Advise of any anticipated project risks on all orders, submit written sales forecast on a regular basis, as well as lost order reports;
5. Responsible for quotation and order preparation;
6. Inter-company cooperation within different CoC’s and departments;
7. Continually attention to markets and industry regulation, assist with marketing to provide input for machine improvements and future service product developments.
1. 建立紧密的客户关系,提高客户满意度;
2. 基于销售业绩增长的目标,根据客户设备情况规划、开发并提供可行性技术方案;
3. 通过定期拜访客户,处理客户项目如设备升级、技术咨询和备件服务项目等,推广和签订设备维护保养协议,为设备提供生命周期内的售后服务解决方案;
4. 了解并积极协调、处理客户投诉;
5. 汇报项目风险并提出建议,定期提交业务预测及流失订单情况分析;
6. 负责报价和合同的签订;
7. 跨部门、PA各工厂协调合作;
8. 关注市场、行业法规变化,持续收集市场需求并协同市场部完成现有售后服务产品线的更新和开发;
任职资格:
• 本科学历,技术背景;
• 3年以上备件或者改造项目销售经验;
• 良好的沟通谈判能力;
• 英语读写ok
