Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for Asia-Pacific market development, including but not limited to market information collection and analysis, organizing or participating in overseas exhibitions, following up with key potential customers, supporting the development of key customers in the channel, supervising the implementation of policies, supervising the recovery of payment, and strictly controlling risks. 2. Achieve annual sales target and market development, and realize profit target; 3. lead business negotiations with customers, follow up on objections until both parties reach agreement and sign a contract; 4. collecting competitors' market information and giving regular feedback to the person in charge; 5. customer channel development and relationship maintenance; Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, management, marketing, etc. is preferred; 2. more than 3 years channel sales experience in Asia-Pacific market, B2C channel resources are preferred; 3. Familiar with the import and export trade process, with strong overseas market development ability; 4. strong pressure resistance and adaptability; clear logic, master certain negotiation skills, strong driving ability; good at dealing with internal and external relations, understand the basic business etiquette, able to independently receive customers. 工作职责 1. 负责亚太市场开发,包括但不限于市场信息收集分析、组织或参加海外展会、跟进重点潜在客户、支持渠道重点客户开发、督促政策落实、督促货款回收、严控风险等。 2. 完成年度销售目标和市场开发,实现利润目标; 3. 主导与客户的商务谈判,跟进异议处理,直至双方达成一致并签订合同; 4. 收集竞争对手的市场信息,定期反馈给负责人; 5. 客户渠道拓展及关系维护; 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历,机械、电气、管理、市场营销等专业优先; 2. 3年以上亚太市场渠道销售经验,有B2C渠道资源者优先; 3. 熟悉进出口贸易流程,具有较强的海外市场开拓能力; 4.具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力;逻辑清晰,掌握一定的谈判技巧,驾驭能力强; 5.善于处理内外部关系,懂基本商务礼仪,能独立接待客户。
