职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Reconciling invoices from suppliers, ensuring they align with contracted prices and rates, and resolving payment issues.
? Establish and maintain contracts, service orders and spot purchase orders in various systems to ensure accurate and complete information.
? Confirm and file contracts and purchase orders.
? Proactively engage with suppliers and follow up on related matters.
? Verify payment term and coordinate resolution of other exceptional notices.
? Coordinate the setup and review of vendor master data.
? Provide additional transactional support as assigned by supervisor.
? Collaborate with other procurement colleagues to develop and share best practices, and improve procurement processes.
Qualification:
? Bachelor’s degree or above.
? A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in logistics, sourcing, supply chain, customer service or procurement service center is required.
? Proficient in both oral and written English, Japanese language skill is a plus.
? Knowledge and experience with SAP or other mainstream ERPs are a plus.
? Proficiency in data analysis, and great attention to detail.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player and customer service oriented. Capable of working efficiently in a cross- functional and cross-business environment.
? Demonstrates high business ethics and adherence to principles.
