What are my responsibilities?1. Lead or coordinate other departments and
workshops to improve the production problems, including collecting defect

What do I need to qualify for this job?1. Be familiar with the quality related
tools ( e.g. 8D, 4D, QC method, FEMA, 6sigma
etc.)熟练使用质量相关工具（例如8D/4D/QC手法/鱼骨图/FEMA/6sigma等）2. Know quality related
management system了解相关的质量管理体系(ISO)，TS，3. Can use basic quality inspection tools
and have motor quality management working experience will be
preferred能够使用基本检验工具和有电机生产质量管理的经验者优先4. Have quality management working
experience有一定的质量管理经验5. Be proficient in using office software (e.g. Word,
Excel,PowerPoint etc.)能熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件
What else do I need to know?1. Major in Mechanical or related, bachelor or
above degree机械相关专业本科以上学历2. Basic English in writing and speaking英语读写能力
