岗位主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
1. 课前备课及教具准备，课堂授课；
Preparing and teaching age-appropriate, well-structured lesson plans.
2. 提供和维护个英语教学环境；
Providing an English language environment for students.
3. 完成英语教学相关任务（如周计划、亲子分享、期末评语等）；
Completing academic tasks and paperwork in line with school expectations.
4. 积极参与会议、培训、团建活动等；
Attending staff meetings, training sessions, school activities, etc.
5. 完成教学主任或园长安排的相关任务。
Completing other related tasks assigned by the English Coordinator and Principals.
6. Note: Teachers will be expected to be able to speak in English at ALL times when with the students. (No Chinese near students.)
任职要求 Requirements/Qualifications：
1. 本科及以上学历，专业英语8级，持有教师从业资格证者或国外读书经验优先考虑；
2. 热爱孩子和英语教育事业，有责任心，性格开朗、阳光，综合素质高；
3. 英语口语流利，发音标准、地道；较强的听写能力
4. 良好的工作沟通能力、团队合作精神；始终保持积极乐观的心态
5. 基本掌握Word、Excel、PPT等基本办公软件应用。
