Main Tasks：
环保\健康\安全 EHS
1) 在各项维修中，完全遵守并符合公司EHS相关制度与流程.Strictly abide by the EHS rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance.
2)及时向主管报告不符合EHS要求的行为和设施，从而确保EHS持续提高.Report any incorrect behavior to keep continuous EHS improvement.

日常维修 Routine Maintenance
1) 及时有效完成闵行应用设备及暖通系统日常维修工作.Responsible for daily maintenance/repair work of Minhang application equipment and HVAC in timely .
2)按照维修流程，做好每项维修记录统计.Record each maintenance item according to maintenance process.
预防性维修 Preventive Maintenance
有效执行闵行应用设备的预防性维修及记录归档.Implement preventive maintenance for Minhang application equipment effectively, and records management for maintenance.
备件管理 Spare parts management
及时反馈备件的消耗状况及新需求.Feedback？consumption status and new requires of spare parts in time.

RCA 故障分析 Root Cause Analyze
参与完成对顶端绩效杀手问题的RCA 故障分析.Participate？in analyzing root cause reasons of performance killers.
持续改进 Continuous improvement
开展设备设施的持续改进工作，提高设备可靠性，满足生产营运的需求.Keep continuous innovation, improve equipment reliability to meet the requirements of production improvement.

日常改造和小项目Small modifications and projects
配合执行所负责的小项目和设备改造，确保按时、按质完成，并控制项目费用在预算之内.Responsible for implementing the small modifications and projects scope, schedule, quality and cost.
负责与国外供应商和专家进行技术沟通和确认.Responsible for communication with EC experts and external supply vendors.

月度工作汇报Monthly Report
每月工作状况汇报（包括设备故障,维修时间统计,预防性维修实施进度汇报）Monthly maintenance report（ Including repair items, downtime records, preventive maintenance status）
Education: College or above
Working Experience:0- 3 years or above on mechatronics machine maintain. (experience in electrostatic coating machine will be preferred)
