JOB PURPOSE: To manages the SAP system and other relevant systems to ensure the information security and proper function of system to facilitate the business operation. It also develops the system expertise, promote the system standardization, and upgrade the integrated system-business flow to grow business.

JOB DUTIES: This role is accountable the overall system management for CQL business.
-Develop the overall system management strategy and mapping the end-to-end information flow.
-Monitoring system performance and improve system efficiency.
-Manage the access of various system including SAP/VCP/Leanflow/MRC … to fortify the information security and ensure the compliant usage of system.
-Ensures that assigned systems and applications are functioning properly. In the event of a malfunction, ensures that the problem is handled in an efficient manner.
-Build and maintain a hierarchical system talent pipeline. Set up knowledge base and provide professional training to key business users.
-Focus on company level, complex BU requirement, work with solution lead to provide universal solution, balance the requirement of business needs and system standardization.
-Develop new system functions and promote the standardization of system operations.
-System based tools/applications to improve the efficiency and visibility of business flow and data.
-Lead the major transformation of system upgrade, following a unified methodology, organize local teams to complete system planning, deployment, testing, training, etc.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor's degree or above
-No less than 3 years of SAP system related experience
-Deep understanding of the background logic of SAP and other major system.
-Good English communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to train and advise others on the proper use of systems.
-Demonstrated knowledge of procedures and operations of the functional business areas.
-Project management skills, Black belt preferred.
-Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skill, especially with global team.
