BMW Financial Service now is looking for an Assistant manager Recovery Litigation, this role will follow Legal department’s opinion to conduct proper recovery activities. Mainly responsible for conducting recovery process and managing law firms daily work, in order to improve the overall delinquency performance and reduce company loss. Assist team manager to manage recovery process, and set up, implement and optimize law firm steering strategy based on comprehensive data and business analysis. Ensure recovery all activities following the company's policy, procedure, compliance and legal requirements. What awaits you? -You will be responsible for daily communication with law firm, Court and Police, etc, for recovery activities of delinquent contract. -You will provide support and guidance for specific case, including document preparation, case following up, charge waive, etc. -You will cooperate with outsourced law firms in recovery process. Assist external lawyer in filing case to court, attending court hearing, enforcement, negotiation with debtors. Contact with external vendors regarding outsourcing business, and manage vendor performance. -You will monitor, guide, manage and steer performance of law firms, to ensure law firms achieve target by taking prompt and proper recovery actions. -You will evaluate and analyze law firm's performance, identify potential issue and risk, take prompt and proper actions for mitigation. -You will involve into regular communication with management level of law firm and Court. -You will support manager in setting up law firm's KPIs, review and renew contract terms on annual basis, etc. -You will be responsible for supporting manager to set up data statistic and analysis tool which can be relied on to make case assignment decision. -You will support manager to establish the network of law firms. Take lead in new tender project, and manage purchasing process stick to time schedule. -You will be responsible for outsourcing service fee payment application, to ensure prompt and accurate settlement of all the payables. -You will forecast outsourcing service fee budget and monitor balance. - You will be responsible for process/policy optimization initiatives concerning of law firm management, and update manual or process regularly to ensure the achievement of law firm management. - You will coach new hires and deliver internal or external trainings. - You will act as coordinator for other teams in Collections Department, and other departments in the company. - You will support relevant system test and change request submission. - You will support other daily recovery activities or carry out other business-related ad hoc tasks if required. Qualifications and experience. - Bachelor degree / Major: Law, Economics, Finance. With lawyer qualification or legal background is preferred. - 4-6 years’ relevant collection experience in Bank, AFC, Law firm or other financial institutions. - 4-6 years’ relevant experience in Law firm management or litigation process. - Good negotiation, communication and problem solving skills. - Good at data and business analysis. - Self management
