Your Responsibilities: 1.Preparation of the technical evaluation for the new project (product) and technical modification, Evaluation and implementation of assembly concepts 2.Preparation of the technical specifications for the assembly line, Technical consultation for the quotation and electrical/mechanical concept, Complete the project according to the schedule 3.Design the automation concept for assembly line 4.Mechanical design for optimizing and modifying the assembly equipment 5.Designing mechanical concept, choosing components and 3D/2D drawings for small projects 6.Introducing advanced manufacturing techniques to the assembly line 7.Responsible for technical evaluation, technical changes and new additions of testbench. Your Requirements: 1.More than five years’ working experience in mechanical designing in large assembly lines. 2.Bachelor or above in major of automation or Mechanical design 3.Outstanding design and 3D modelling skills using PTC Cero, Catia or Siemens NX 4.Familiar with geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (ISO-standards) and how to inspect tolerances. Experience in tolerance budgets and analysis 5.Familiar with the selection of factory automation components (cylinders, motors, sensors, etc.), Ability to design automation equipment 6.Ability to design equipment pneumatics 7.Having basic knowledge about electrical and able to work together with electrical designer 9.Experience with electrical motors is preferred 10.Be able to communicate in English or German Our Offers: Diverse und challenging tasks International working environment Monthly allowance Dormitory or housing allowance Free canteen/ shuttle bus service
