职位描述
1、负责各部门进行招聘、培训和绩效考核等工作
In charge of the department in recruitment,training and KPI evaluation,etc.
2、贯彻公司人事制度及相关政策,协助上级完善员工社会保障福利等方面的管理工作
Carry through the company rules and related policy,assit HR manager to improve employee management of social security benefits,ect.
3、协助部门经理管理内部事宜,指导下属人力资源助理/专员工作
Support the department manager to manage internal affairs and guide the subordinate HR assistant/ Specialist.
4、完成上级交给的其他事务性工作
Finish other transactional work by the superior.
职位要求Job requirements:
1、本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2、5-8年以上人力资源相关工作经验,有外企工作经验更佳
At least 5-8 years HR related working experience, working experience in foreign company is a plus
3、良好的英语口语和书面表达
Good command of spoken and written English
