岗位职责：
Pilot the machine assembly, installation and debugging refer to mechanical design drawing; 主导依据机械设计图纸完成设备的安装，集成和调试.
？Pilot machine onsite installation and debugging, and success handover to plant. 主导现场设备的安装，调试， 并成功移交工厂。
？Familiar operation milling\drilling\sand wheel machine to modify manufacturing parts if necessary. 能够操作铣床、钻床、砂轮机等设备对加工件修配完成设备安装。
？Maintain Spare parts management base on plant SAP system; 依据工厂SAP系统要求维护备件出入库管理。
？Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness, report unsafe status and behaviors in time. 遵守公司的安全规定，对于不安全的行为及时上报。
？He/she have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk. 紧急情况有权停止设备
？According to the requirement of plant, ensure the technical support for productivity, quality and process problem solving for mass production. 当工厂生产，质量或是工艺有问题需要支持的时候，可以给与技术支持。
？Formalize and integrate the know-how and the experience to KM, Lessons learned and MDCS. 熟悉公司设备开发的专业技术要求，以及MDCS标准等。
？Give new machine necessary training to PO plant. 对PO 工厂给与新设备需要的培训。
？Working on the quality improvement on project. 致力于项目的持续改善。
？Must successfully complete all POAI required training. 需要完成PO 规定的培训。
？Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures. 遵守公司所有的政策，规定和程序。
Other things assigned by line manager. 直线经理安排的其他事宜。

？5~10 years of experience in machine supplier; 5~10年设备供应商工作经验。
？Available independently finish machine assembly
