职位描述
岗位职责: 1.Provides assistant to sales management, such as reporting, budgeting, planning and promotion activities. 协助进行销售管理,如报告,预算编制、规划和宣传活动。 2.Assist to complete all related statistics for analyses and expenses reports. 协助完成所有相关的统计分析和开支报告。 3.Responsible for the draft, implement and optimize departmental rule and work flow.编制部门各种流程制度、管理规范的制定、实施和优化; 4.Filling for business documents, fax, memo, and from internal and external units. 内部和外部文档台账管理,包括文件、传真等。 5.Be responsible for minutes of important meeting and conversations both in Chinese and English. 负责重要会议的中英文会议纪要。 6.Acts as a coordinator for sales department and departments. 协调销售部门和其他部门的工作。 7.Other routine office work such as meeting arrangement, visitors, business trips, entertainment and so on. 其他日常办公室工作,如会议安排,来宾接待、出差安排、招待等。 8.Updating company online business. 公司线上内容维护更新。 9.Other assignments by superior. 其他上级布置的工作。 岗位要求: - Above college degree大专以上学历 - 2 year above related experience, interested in administration, filling and office marketing work. 2年及以上相关经验,对行政管理和办公室市场工作感兴趣。 - Initiative, team-spirited is preferred主动,富有团队精神者优先 - Willingness to perform and result orientation坚持以结果为导向 - Creativity and ability to Change有创造力 - Strong in business negotiation, meeting, entertainment. 较强的业务谈判、会议主持和招待能力 - Timeliness时间管理 - Ability to work under pressure具有在压力下工作的能力 - English(good basics) 英语(良好) - Very good in Microsoft Office良好的办公软件操作
