Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for MEP construction activities related to MEP management in current plant, to ensure the design, construction, operation etc. 2.Responsible for managing outsourcing facility management supplier to ensure the project handover to supplier and meets ATD requirement. 3.Responsible for service supplier evaluation and setting up regulations of workflow, and to follow up the performance of the service supplier. 4.To cooperate on optimization and modification in MEP field . 5.To establish and track the regular project activities of all facilities in MEP field 6.Responsible for spare parts budget related to the new MEP project. 7.Coordinate government-type enterprise in terms of MEP 8.Responsible for the handover from the project team, including set up handover plan, document the check list, coordinate the training and continuously follow up the open issues in field of MEP 9.To contribute to the new project and new plant during the infrastructure construction and designing in field of MEP 10.Responsible for “think blue” energy data collection and analysis in MEP field 11.Responsible for “think blue” energy saving project design and implementation in MEP field 12.Responsible for internal auditions, such as 1SO9001,ISO14000 13.Responsible for fix-asset management, including asset capitalization, inventory 14.Responsible for daily request for repair and complain, continuously improving working conditions 15.To participate in TP-related problem trouble-shooting 16.Team up with EHS department to ensure working safety in administrative area Qualifications: Working experience (in years): 5 years working experience in MEP construction 5 years MEP related maintenance experience Language skills:Proficient English or German IT knowledge:CAD, MS office
