【岗位说明】
1. Manager short term and long term business growth by closely working with Global Sales and all internal department including Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Engineering.
2. Closely track all direct and indirect manufacturing costs, and help the management to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue and earning targets.
3. Responsible for all customer RFQ/RFP proposals by working closely with Operation Cost team in order to achieve in time response to customers.
4. Regularly conduct market survey to achieve clear understanding of new technology, as well as market condition changes including TAM and PAM change forecast.
5. Actively collect and track market competition information and guide SiM BU in the right direction to be ahead of competitors.

【任职要求】
1. Minimum 2 years of direct working experience in sales or marketing and supply chain management in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
2. The candidate must be very dedicate to his/her job responsibilities and posses high level of ownership and accountability.
3. Proven experience in effective customer account management and new business development.
4. Have clear understanding of semiconductor and electronics manufacturing landscape and markets.
5. A good team player who can collaborate and influence other department leaders to achieve the common goals.
6. A good communicator who can speak English, and work with Global Sales team as well as international customers directly.
7. Clear understanding of semiconductor manufacturing cost will be a plus.
8. A 4 year bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree preferred.
