工作职责:Job Summary and MissionThis job contributes to Starbucks success by ensuring accurate and timely completion of routine accounting functions requiring full professional competency for assigned accounting functions. Maintain one or more combination of accounting, cost systems and assists business unit in interpreting financial reports for assigned accounting. Act as team player and participate in initiatives to improve accounting processes and the comprehension of accounting data. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:◆To accurately provide the lease payment request form by system and process all the payment request in Oracle on time◆To closely work with SD and store partners on lease payment and other related issue◆To complete the lease payment report to region FIN team monthly◆To monitor and process urgent requests before the specified deadline◆To ensure compliance to company policies, legal and statutory requirements, including GAAP and SOX regulations◆To complete the reconciliation of related account monthly◆To act as a backup, assist and perform other accounting tasks as company/management and changing business environment may require to perform◆To complete other job which line manager requested任职资格:Summary of Experience◆Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.◆Lease accounting experience in retail is plusRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities◆Good customer service mindset and communication skill◆Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline and SLA requirements◆Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PPT◆Knowledge of accounting systems and process◆Ability to work as a part of a team and assist in problem-solving◆Effective customer service skills◆Attention to detail◆Intermediate level analytic skills◆Experience with general ledger systems (e.g. Oracle or other ERP)Core Competencies◆Puts the Customer FirstHas a relentless focus on the customer.
