岗位描述：· Be responsible for tooling/equipment run off/debug/installation负责工具/设备运行/调试/安装· Lead process problem solving and root cause analysis领导工艺问题的解决和根本原因分析· Execute CPI assignment on time按时执行CPI分配· Optimize cutter and spare parts cost to meet business goals优化刀具和备件成本以达到业务目标· Optimize machining process to meet cycle time, FTQ , DT and changeover goals优化加工工艺以满足周期时间、FTQ、DT和转换目标· Implement process CIP for cost reduction实施过程CIP以降低成本· Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, PFD, PFMEA and WI etc维护生产文件，如SMP, PFD, PFMEA和WI等任职资格：· Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens CNC system熟悉发那科、西门子数控系统· Familiar with Auto CAD and UG熟悉Auto CAD、UG· Familiar with machining tooling design and machining process, such as machining center, surface grinder, special grinder熟悉加工工具设计和加工工艺，如加工中心、平面磨床、专用磨床· Worm and worm shaft machining experience is firstly preferred有蜗杆和蜗杆轴加工经验者优先· Can use 6 sigma tool to solve problem能使用6西格玛工具解决问题 职能类别：产品工艺/制程工程师
