We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will: - Lead the sales team to well-own client relationship with HSBC and support the achievement of RBB AOP.- Develop and facilitate China RBB distribution strategies to maximize revenues- Collaborate with WPB division managers/SBMs/PRMs in RBB proposition/products offering.- Lead the Relationship Managers to offer value-added advice and guidance to customers and place their needs at the forefront of our activity, setting world class standards.- Work in partnership with colleagues across the HSBC Group to improve connectivity, deliver exceptional standards and quality of service across all interactions.- Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.- Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of HSBC and market best practice.- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.QualificationsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:1. University degree or above2. At least 6 – 8 years banking management experience with good people management skills.3. Passionate about small business segment4. Strategic thinking and embrace changes.5. Sound knowledge of commercial products with good understanding of Small Business segment6. Appreciation of the changing economic, social and governmental environment in HBCN7. Excellent communication, client focus and influencing skills8. Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills9. Sound decision making and analytics skills10. Effective working with Compliance, Credit
