- According to the Accounting process, act as the Buyer role for the GP team‘s purchase needs, submitting PR, PO and filing of official invoices (发票), - Working with our customers and BU to complete the Contractual agreement signature and responsible for communicating with each BU to confirm the resources assigned to their project. - Working with Accounting department (Account Receivable) on monthly basis to ensure the amount for invoicing each BU is correct and are up to date. - Maintain resources head count up to date by working with each PJM, reflecting the number in each assignment, number to be hired, attrition on Dashboard for executive references. - Onboarding of new employee and retiring of employee, working with IT, HR and facility, may include background and health check arrangement. - Activities Event and Travel Coordinator - Service Contract Management, including outsourcing contractors, insourcing contractors, account payable (AP) related tasks. - Executive Assistant, e.g. consolidating AR/AP for GL The candidate’s role is to assist the entire GP team in all of the above tasks and actions. These require coordination with multiple departments, either internally or externally, with high possibility of cross border organization in a different time zone that will require night working. The candidate is expected to require high profile communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English, ability to use Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint, to make presentation as demand. May require travel to other offices to work with the relevant team *****ly according to assignment. The candidate ideally possesses Accounting skills, CAP, ACCA, CPA will be an advantage, or Project Management skill, PMP, PMI-ACP, with a bachelor’s degree in science/Art or equivalent.
