职位描述：
1、根据教学要求写出教学计划、教学进度..
2、有2年以上的高中教学经验，可带领学生在短时间内取得进步.
3、有耐心研究教学方法，根据CIE教学大纲研究考试方向和考试知识点，定期举行评教.
4、英文阅读和写作能力较好，口语流利，英语六级以上，专业八级为佳.
5、留学背景和ALEVEL教学经验者优先.
Basic job description:
1.Ability & experience in teaching relevant IGCSE and A level subject course, in English, in accordance to the CIE curricular.
2.Assign appropriate homework and correct homework
3.Class supervision and accurate student records of performance
4. Preparation of timely student reports
5.Attendance at parent/teacher meetings staff meetings and other promotional events from time to time as required
6.Other assigned duties as required by the director to ensure the smooth functioning of the working unit
7.Participate and organize extra curricular activities8. Provide references and letters and certain counseling duties as requ
8、ested by the Student Services Centre.
Minimum position requirements:
1.Bachelor degree of above in the relevant content subject being taught
2.Two or more years teaching experience in an academic institution offering A level IB or AP programs
3.A recognized teaching diploma/certificate is preferred
4.An understanding of teaching ESL students and sensitivity towards other cultures
5.A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence and6. An understanding and commitment to being a team player
