Should have project KX, project management, people management and process control experience.Position Summary : Senior level experience in accounting role and serves a subject matter expert in this field whomanages a team of professionals which conducts general accounting functions.May contribute to discussion on business planning, budgeting, execution and maintainsappropriate staffing /hiring requirements to meet operational needs.Will also be responsible for all training, development needs and makes recommendationsfor pay increases, promotions and terminations.Key Roles and Responsibilities :Role manages, motivates, and drives performance for all employees handling account monitoring,investigation and resolution, as well as duplicate payment review and recoveryRole may be involved in special projects to support management and site deliverables thatwould benefit the center in general.Leadership - Involved in creating and executing strategies that are efficient in terms ofusing as little resource as needed, and effective in terms of meetingcustomer requirements- Conducts capacity planning to facilitate continuity of business- Leads or participates in regional or in-country projects that promoteinnovation in the work station, cost savings, voice of the employeesand as a workplace of choice- Leads or coordinates or assists in the effort to receive Processingactivities from regions, ensuring A seamless transition from country to the PtP Utility,as indicated by the KPIs Consistent levels of service for those countries already migratedto the P2P Utility An acceleration of the transfer activities after the initial countriesBiz Operations - Addresses any escalated concerns regarding production operations- Develops, monitors and utilizes relevant metrics to recommend actionplans to meet- if not exceed - service level commitments, and serveas a basis for management decisions- Ensures that the production team achieves its service level commitmentsand manages customer noise through process maintenance,improvement and re-engineeringRisk and Control - Sees to it that control processes and procedures are in place to identifyand mitigate risks in his/her area of responsibility- Prepares the COB plan for the unit and ensures an effective back-upsystem within the groupOthers - Handles ad hoc assignments as required by management- Ensures the growth of the team - both career and personalInteractions :Regularly coordinates with Seniors, both internal and external, for production updates,service feedback, and issues resolutionJob Requirements / Qualitications :Minimum Education High School Preferred Education High School2 Years College 2 Years Collegex 4 Years College x 4 Years CollegeMasters Degree Masters DegreePhD PhDMinimum Experience Less than 2 years Preferred Experience Less than 2 years2 - 4 years 2 - 4 years4 - 7 years 4 - 7 yearsx 7 - 10 years x 7 - 10 yearsMore than 10 years More than 10 yrs: EducationAccounting Course KnowledgeExperience working in cross-cultural global teamsProject-related experience desirableKnowledge of the PtP Utility operation, including support unitsProficient in the use of office applications (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Ppt)?Must be proficient in Procure to Pay (P2P), Concur 7.1, Citidirect and other applicationsused by the Production Unit: SkillsExcellent English written
