1. Be responsible of process document, such as line layout, flow chart; PFMEA, Control plan, Set up plan, Work instruction;2. Be responsible of trouble shooting when machine downtime;3. Define and monitory fixture lifetime in line;4. Improve the process control, eliminate the potential quality problem in production line;5. Support planning engineer finish sample products in line;职位要求：?Bachelor degree or above in major of Mechanics or Electronics with at least 5 years relevant experience;?High sense of quality, familiar with quality analysis tools such as PS, A3, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa;?Familiar with production line management and has on site management experience; Have Digital operation know-how background is prefer, such as MES, DWI, TQS, ODM.?High sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and cooperation skills;?Fluent in English communication both written
