Responsibilities 职责: 1. Coordinate business travel and make relevant arrangements; 协调商务出差并做好相应安排; 2. Control the expenses and invoice, fuel tolls fee, etc…; 控制费用和发票、燃油费等等; 3. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and agenda as required; 协调会议,根据需要准备材料和议程; 4. Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professional manner efficiently; 以专业的态度高效的接听电话和接待来访者; 5. Provide other administrative/HR support as required. 根据需要提供其他行政/人力资源的工作支持。 Requirements 要求: 1. College degree or above with major in English, Business or related area; 大专及以上英语、商务或其他相关专业; 2. Ideally 2 years working experience, while fresh graduated is also welcome; 2年以上工作经验,同时接受应届毕业生; 3. Excellent English in speaking and writing; 英语读写能力良好; 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 良好的沟通和人际交往能力; 5. Able to work as a team player, and work with other staff members on big projects; 有团队合作精神,能与大项目的其他工作人员共同工作; 6. Strong computer skills in MS Office; 熟悉办公软件使用; 7. Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrated effective time management skills; 能在截止日期前完成工作并可以有效地管理时间。
