工艺过程 process engineering 30%
1.协助生产建立并验收新设备assists in production more to set up and qualify new equipment process
2.协助申请新设备并建立规范使用assists in specification and requisition of new equipment
3.协助处理报价流程assists in quotation processing
4.为特定产品系列的制造过程提供专业的知识和经验，有助于类似产品的设计和改进provides specialized knowledge and experience in the manufacturing process for a particular line of products that is helpful to coordinate in design and refinement of similar products.
生产技术服务factory tech service 20%
1.工艺对生产质量和生产标准的调整进行跟进
follows factory processes for conformance to quality and production standards
2.准备和更新生产相关文件（wi,pfmea,cp,质量报告等）prepares and updates production related document ( wi, pfmea, control plan, quality record etc.);
3.协助现场人员解决生产问题assists factory personnel as facilitator in production problems solving.
4.监督和帮助生产减少报废率monitors and aids production in reducing waste and defective
5.观察现有方法和改进现有流程，以最小的制造成本满足质量目标observes methods and improves existing processes when possible to obtain required quality standards the minimum manufacturing costs.
工艺开发process development 30%
1.进行初步的检查与模具、工装和设备等改进performs initial checks and approves revised molds, tools, and equipment.
2.准备和寄送客户产品批准所必须的样品prepares and ships necessary samples required for customer product approval
3.审查制造规范与发布变更规范reviews manufacturing specifications and issues specification changes
4.开发更高效的生产方式实施精益生产develops most efficient production methods, carry out lean manufacturing methods.
5.改进设备布局，协助设计生产中使用的模具和工装等improves equipment layout, assists in the design of tooling and fixtures used in production.
报告和记录 reporting and recording 15%
1.准备关于项目状况、检查结果和其他数据的报告prepares reports on status of projects, results of inspections and other data.
其他miscellaneous 5%
1.协助检验员和产品质量人员进行产品质量、客户退货和投诉问题等工作assists inspection and quality personnel with product quality, customer returns, and complaints
2.完成经理交代的其他任务other jobs assigned by managers
任职要求：
1.4年制本科学历，高分子专业优先 4years college degree , polymer and engineering is a plus
2.具备3年以上橡胶行业工作经验 3 years experience in rubber industry and above
3.熟悉橡胶产品制作工艺 familiar with rubber industry process
4.熟练使用ms 办公软件 familiar with office software
5.熟悉 iatf16949体系运行 familiar with iatf16949
6.具备良好的英语听说读写能力 good english language skill is a must
7.有良好的沟通技巧和良好的团队协作及倾听能力good communication skills to all level people , team player and an active listener
8.自我驱动，结果导向， 优秀的时间管理技巧self starter , result oriented ，goodtime management skills
