职责描述:
1. audit fees and reimbursement documents in accordance with the financial system, manage cash on hand and all bank accounts
2. arrange cash according to the approved payment slip and bank's daily payment processing
3. foreign exchange transactions
4. making weekly cash reports, etc.
5. monthly bank balance adjustment to assist accounting management in receivables collection
6. diary, cash account, daily account balance update.
1. 根據財務制度審核費用和報銷單據,管理庫存現金和所有的銀行賬號;
2. 根據審批好的付款單安排現金,銀行的日常付款處理;
3. 外匯交易;
4. 製作現金週報等;
5. 月度銀行餘額調節,輔助會計管理應收賬款的催收;
6. 日记账,现金账,每日账户余额表更新。
任职要求:
1. more than 2 years of financial work experience, with accounting qualifications, familiar with the use of excel
2. ability to translate english documents and write in english
3. self-management and ability to work independently, honest and enterprising, rigorous and serious
4. age 22-35
1. 2年以上財務工作經驗,擁有會計資格證,熟悉使用excel;
2. 能翻譯英語文件和英文書寫;
3. 自我管理和能獨立工作,誠實進取,嚴謹認真;
4. 年龄22-35岁。
