responsibilities
1.be familiar with fixed-rate and bills of quantities measure standard, know construction code and standard details drawing;
2.prepare and review contract documents, with its specifications and drawings etc., and highlight any deviations and onerous clauses
3.assist the project team to obtain economic design solution through value engineering and value management involving cost studies, cost comparisons and life cycle cost analysis.
4.assist in setting procurement strategy including contract packaging and tender procedure to suit project program.
5.prepare cost plan, budget estimates and budgeting strategy for proposed development projects.
6.oversee the tendering process and ensure proper running after contract award.
7.to assist in contract administration and cost control, reviewing and valuing costs caused by variations, and amend the cost control target.
8.to assist in project payment review.
9.to assist in final account review and postmortem audit.
10.to handle the internal and external audit;
11.to maintain a database of qs in gz.
education
-university degree in quantity surveying/ construction cost, engineering management, construction economy, civil work or industries & residential construction, plumbing and drainage, building electric, mechanic & electric integration, hvac and building equipment .
job related experience
- at least 5 years of relevant experience
knowledge
- proficiency in computer skills, english fluency is desirable
- rics member, cost engineer is in priority.

工作职责:

任职要求:
1.工料测量/施工成本、工程管理、建筑经济、土木工程或工业及住宅建筑、给排水、建筑电气、机电一体化、暖通空调和建筑设备专业大学学历。
2.至少5年相关经验 。
3.优先考虑rics成员、成本工程师。
4.熟练掌握计算机技能,英语流利者优先。
5.良好的计划、沟通和协调能力,较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
6.成熟、充满活力 。
