岗位职责
responsibilities
?向用户介绍并推广明德的口腔等服务, 如隐适美等产品。
promoting oasis’s dental and other services to customer, such as invisalign, etc.
?客户患者的开发。与企业,患者建立并维护业务服务关系。 account and patient development. establishing and maintaining business service relations with enterprise leaders, potential patients, etc.
?与口腔科密切合作,参与设计制定业务推广方案并按计划执行、完成。 work closely with dental department involving in designing business development plan and implement activates.
?参与或独立组织口腔科的讲座,产品介绍,促销活动等。
involve in organizing and realizing product presentations, event and seminar independently or together with dental department.
任职资格
qualifications
知识、能力、技术、特长knowledge, abilities, skills:
?能够发现、开发潜在客户able to develop customer
?市场调研,包括进行市场调查,数据分析,情报信息收集等。market research, such as, conducting market survey, intelligence information collection, etc.
?了解与口腔/健康相关的地方性法规和政策。understand dental/health related local regulations and policies.
?良好的表达能力和演示沟通技巧。有说服力和自信心。 strong interpersonal skill, good presentation and communication skills. persuasiveness and confidence
?以积极的态度对销售活动,如:开发新客户,介绍推广医院服务和会员计划,跟进客户的后续工作。 positive attitude towards sales activities like: visiting and calling new customers, introducing hospital services and membership program, accurate follow-up to each customer.
?团队合作精神,并能独立工作,建立和完成任务。team player and able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.
最低学历minimum education required:
diploma or above degree 大专或以上学历
相关经验minimum experience required:
至少三年关于客户管理营销经验。有美容整形行业渠道,和/或口腔领域市场销售经验优先。
at least three years of sales experience in account management. network with cosmetic/plastic surgery business, experiences in dental marketing or sales would be a plus.
语言能力 language requirement:
具备英语语言能力优先 english language skills would be a plus.
