core mission:
implement a powerful sales platform aimed to generate productive revenue opportunities for louvre hotels group worldwide network,
develop chinese travellers’ market share, through:
- strategic key account management approach covering key markets segments (corporate rfp, mice groups, leisure fit & groups)
- marketing tactical initiatives to increase brands awareness on the b2b market
responsibilities:
- define the overall annual sales strategy through a good knowledge and understanding of the
chinese market trends and clients’ needs,
- define the key sales and marketing priorities and the related actions to be conducted
globally,
- target the appropriate accounts china based and prospects to deliver the budget (excluding
accounts already managed centrally by louvre hotels group’ global sales force),
- implement and supervise 3 regional branch offices in 1st tier cities to source incremental
productive revenue opportunities,
- manage of a personal portfolio of key & prospect accounts,
- participate in regional trade fairs & workshops to develop hotels brand awareness,
- organise annual sales mission / road show for a specific number of hotels,
- maintains the regional/local accounts data base up to date,
- produce a quarterly production report + monthly sales activity report to hierarchy,
- establish annual operational budget & forecast,
- participate in louvre hotels group annual meeting
personal competencies:
as a regional sales operating agent, the person has to cope with high expectations from travel zen & louvre hotels group, meaning that he/she needs to:
- be a sales expert of the chinese inbound and outbound travel market,
- sales driven and client oriented,
- manage team effectively,
- set priorities and respect deadlines
this person is able to:
- quickly understand priorities and focus and adapt actions accordingly,
- quickly react to market environment and changes,
- propose new solutions depending on the market needs and expectations,
requirements:
3 years’ experience in sales director, preferably in the hotel industry.
regional sales experience – preferably in both regional sales office and hotel based experience.
english/chinese fluent

个人能力:
