responsibility:
1.市场调查,收集并整理行业或客户的信息、数据;
market research, collect and sort out information & data of business and customer;
2.开发新客户、新业务及新项目,并维护现有客户及业务;
develop new customer, new business and new project, and maintain current customer and business;
3.接待来访客户,独立或与相关人员一起向客户介绍公司及产品;
reception of visiting customer, introduce our company and products to customer alone or together with related employees;
4.客户询价信息的确认及发布,组织内部报价资料,执行对外报价,并进行后期的跟踪;
communicate with customer for rfq information, prepare related rfq documents such as reference no., definition, calculation, make official offer to customer, and follow up the status afterwards;
5.独立或与领导一起同客户进行商务谈判,审核并签订开发、价格等相关协议、合同;
carry out business negotiation alone or together with company leaders, review and sign related agreement or contract of development, price and etc.;
6.送样,协调相关部门与客户的交流,参与项目认可、项目进度的跟踪及监控;
sample delivery, coordinate the communication between related dept. and customer, participate in project release and follow up project schedule;
7.了解客户需求计划,及时更新反馈到公司内部;
get to know customer’s po volume request closely, update and inform other dept. on time;
8.做好应收款的催讨;
chase customer due payment on time;
9.定期拜访客户,做好售后服务,澄清不合理的抱怨及罚款;
visit customer regularly, make good service for after sales, and clarify unreasonable complaint & punishment;
10.制定各类销售报表和出差、公司例会等报告;
make all kinds of sales list and reports of business trip, company regular meeting and etc.;
11.作为公司的窗口,要维护企业的良好形象。
as a sales window, set a good image of the company.
requirements:
1.大专及以上学历;
college graduation and above 2.销售工作经验五年及以上,可以经常出差;
sales working experience of five years and above, and willing to travel frequently;
3.熟悉汽车行业动态和汽车零部件产品;
strong understanding of automotive industry and components;
4.英语或德语听、说、读、写良好;
good at english or german listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5.熟练的电脑操作技能;
good at operate skill of computer;
6.有良好的交流、展示、销售和谈判的能力。
