position responsibilities:
-responsible for plant problem solved from the 1st to 3rd shift.
-find the root cause and solve the problem during shift.
-investigation of the physical cause effect relationship and the process limits.
-supervising process applications regarding costs, reliability and industrial realization.
-drive continuous improvement of process on efficiency and cost saving.
position requirements:
-colleague degree, automotive engineering or relevant major.
-at least 3 years working experience, preferable in automation component area.
-sound knowledge on the manufacturing process of automotive components.
-familiar with omron plc, yaskawa plc, smc, festo, espon robot, cognex camera.
-excellent problem solving ability.
-iso/iatf16949,pfmea.
-knowledge on winding machine is not a must but preferable.
-have the experience of winding machine (nittoku/marsilli etc.) and arc welding process.
-workable written english.
-office software.
