1. supports hr projects and initiatives, especially in compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management and cultural change 支持人力资源相关项目和工作的实施,尤其在薪资福利、人才管理,绩效管理和文化变革等方面支持的项目。
2. handles the research and recruitment of entry level positions 负责初级职位的招聘
3. handles other tasks and activities as assigned by hr leader 负责完成其他交办的工作
岗位要求:
job requirement
1、本科及以上在读,管理、心理学、人力资源或其他相关专业;
bachelor degree or above, hr or related discipline.
2、具有积极的工作态度,良好的沟通表达能力,能服从部门安排;
be proactive, with good communication ability and obey the arrangement of the department.
3. 英语听、说、写流利。
fluent in english reading, writing and speaking.
4、该岗位实习时间全年均可。实习结束,毕业后有留用的机会。
can be anytime during the year. opportunities to be employed after graduation.
