参与公司人员招聘计划的制定和实施,制定合适的招聘策略,保证合适的人才在合适的时间填补合适的职位 support development and execution of staffing and recruitment plans and appropriate strategy to ensure right talent in the right positions at the right time
开发选择合适的招聘渠道,寻访合适的候选人,协调并参与候选人的筛选和评估,并负责协调给最终的候选人合适的邀约,保证公司空缺职位的及时关闭 identify appropriate recruitment channels, source and coordinate the selection of candidates, and handle the offering process to ensure opening positions are filled on a timely and quality manner
协调安排新员工的入职流程和新员工的入职培训,保证新员工能够快速融入公司和团队。coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth and quick induction and assimilation of new hires into the team and the company
追踪招聘流程的kpi, 评估各招聘渠道、流程和工具的的有效性。track and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment and hiring channels, processes and tools against the pre-set kpi’s to drive continuous improvement。
此岗位前期为劳务派遣编制,一年后转为正式员工,英语能流利对话,听力较好能独立参加英文电话会议,且有一年独立招聘至少30名白领员工的成功经验。
